Timothy Ferriss

Author, Actor, Entrepreneur

At the age of 23, Timothy Ferriss founded BrainQUICKEN, an online company that sells sports nutrition supplements. He worked 12-hour-plus days 7 days a week and made $40K per month. His company grew but he became overworked. In a month-long vacation to Europe, Ferriss learned ways to reduce his workload and outsource areas of his business while maintaining profitability, and turned BrainQUICKEN from an 80-hour-a-week time suck to a four-hour-a-week muse which laid the groundwork for The 4-Hour Workweek.
