“Play out the scenarios. I think that’s the key. Give yourself a decision making framework. What are the pros? What are the cons? What are the costs? What are the benefits of making this decision? Lets lay it all out there and see the options. If the downside is limited, the upside is incredible, and the effort is little to medium it’s a no brainer and you have to make that decision. 

If the variables are changing in different directions you start questioning things and trying to figure out if that’s actually the right path.”
